No Matter Who You’re Voting For, Recent Poll Finds Legalization Of Marijuana More Popular

nominee

A recent article showed that the polling numbers in the three key swing states for the current presidential candidates – Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Florida – show that marijuana has a higher approval rating than any of the candidates.

PollingApproval ratings are the numbers gathered through polling that show what percentage of individuals polled that approve of a particular person or program. This article gathered data from a recent poll from Quinnipac University measuring the approval rating of candidates in these three key presidential swing states, and these numbers were then compared to numbers gathered by marijuana.com, which compared the numbers of approval for the candidates to the approval numbers for those who agreed with legalization for marijuana.

Here are the numbers by state;

Pennsylvania:

57 percent of voters in Pennsylvania approve of the legalization of marijuana.
37 percent of voters in Pennsylvania approve of Hillary Clinton.
39 percent of voters in Pennsylvania approve of Donald Trump.

Ohio:

52 percent of voters in Ohio approve of the legalization of marijuana.
34 percent of voters in Ohio approve of Hillary Clinton.
36 percent of voters in Ohio approve of Donald Trump.

Florida:

56 percent of voters in Florida approve of the legalization of marijuana.
37 percent of voters in Florida approve of Hillary Clinton.
37 percent of voters in Florida approve of Donald Trump.

While not one of the top two, Bernie Sanders is the candidate with the closest approval rating to that of marijuana legalization;

Pennsylvania:

57 percent of voters in Pennsylvania approve of the legalization of marijuana.
50 percent of voters in Pennsylvania approve of Bernie Sanders.

Ohio:

52 percent of voters in Ohio approve of the legalization of marijuana.
45 percent of voters in Ohio approve of Bernie Sanders.

Florida:

56 percent of voters in Florida approve of the legalization of marijuana.
43 percent of voters in Ohio approve of Bernie Sanders.

    I don’t see how you can make a correlation between these two.
    In any case, Cannabis would always come out on top, same as any other product favorably endorsed by the majority of the public.

    How can sanders possibly have a higher approval rating in Pennsylvania by 15+ points and then lose the state? Hillary goons at work? Sanders or NO ONE 2016.

    Americans are disgusted with two things. Lying philandering self-serving politicians who represent big corporations and not Americans. The war on drugs or any war for that matter. It is no wonder we have cannabis as a higher approval rating.

    So, what’s the point?

    I can think of several things that have a higher approval rating than our presidential choices. Like bacon, doughnuts, coffee, beer, good whiskey, your favorite food, etc.
